About Scott McCauley

This was my fourth year in the Indians radio booth. Would you believe in my younger days when visiting Bush Stadium, I would imagine myself calling the action from the booth? I’m so fortunate to be doing what I’ve always wanted to do. My radio career began in the Midwest League with the South Bend Silverhawks ('00-'01). From there it was on to the Eastern League spending the summer of '02 with a ridiculously loaded Akron Aeros team. (If you can call Victor Martinez, Jhonny Peralta, Ryan Church, Masier Isturis, Billy Traber, Cliff Lee, Jason Davis, and Brian Tallet a loaded roster) After a career-changing and life-altering three and a half year stint with an Indy radio station I made my way back into baseball in March of ’06, calling the action for the team that used to play in Bush Stadium. I'm originally from Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio and am ready for LeBron and the Cavs to bring the city of Cleveland their first major championship since '64. When I’m not behind the mic you may find me playing bogey golf or knocking down some bowling pins. I am married living in Broad Ripple with my wife Katie and our adorable puppy Kosar. We are expecting a a beautiful baby girl in December.
